I am available for editorial commissions. I am comfortable with themes of creativity, the natural world, and home life and can work in either my vector or hand painted styles.
If you would like to speak with me regarding a freelance opportunity please reach out to me via my contact page.
I’ve been hard at work developing my own style for approaching this theme. Currently I’m really enjoying a mixed media style that incorporates hand painted textures into digital drawings.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, the anchor of childhood memories, and the place where souls as well as stomachs are fed. It’s wielded muscle holds the household together.
I believe that artwork for the kitchen should be cherry and comfortable but not too precious - kitchens are places of work after all! But I also believe that it should send a clear and welcoming message that this is a happy place to be.
If this sounds like just the kitchen artwork you are looking for then reach out and tell me about your project: itsamber@amberlynnbenton.com
The prints, patterns and colors that fill childhood should be designed with extra care because they leave a lasting impression on the imagination. My design aesthetic for young children is strongly shaped by my childhood growing up on a farm in Appalachia and from being a mother to six boys for more than twenty years.
The artwork on this page is available for license. Please email me at itsamber@amberlynnbenton.com to discuss using this artwork for your project or if you would like to collaborate on something special.
